Our Board, Past Presidents and CEO

Julie-Ann is the founder and Managing Director of Really Green Credentials – www.rgcuk.com, which commenced in 2009, and she has more than 20 years’ experience in the waste management and local government sector and is acknowledged as a leading technical adviser on producer responsibility-led principles, WEEE treatment and preparing for re-use standards, transfrontier shipments and hazardous waste management and in general WEEE treatment operations and recycling technology practises.

The role of the CEO is to manage the financial obligations and activities of the Association; to ensure that all legal obligations and corporate governance is set correctly to ensure fiduciary oversite; to assist the Board with strategic planning and to engage with members including facilitating interaction and collaborative sharing of good practice, and at member meetings. Our CEO also liaises with other industry stakeholders to defend the policies and position statements of the Association, and to represent, promote and support our members and encourage new companies to join.
